Designed and produced a concise video training series and companion written guides introducing CloudLibrary on Apple devices for our entire library system. Because CloudLibrary was new to staff and patrons, I developed step-by-step instructions, clear visuals, and practical troubleshooting tips to support rollout. Materials were tailored to different type of device such as android, and Kindle.
